Job Description:

Kansas City University College of Dental Medicine seeks several Research Assistants to support research activities within
the KCU College of Dental Medicine. These research activities may include biomedical, clinical, epidemiological, and social
behavioral research.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Student Research Assistant will:
Assist with data collection, entry, analysis, interpretation, and graphical representation with research mentor
oversight and guidance
Directly interact with subjects to collect self-reported data
Abstract data from records and previously collected data
Provide follow-up assessments
Documentation development, searching, retrieving, and synthesizing literature, record-keeping, and report
preparation
Other duties may be assigned in accordance with curricular objectives, learning outcomes, and research related
needs

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
