2K - $42K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago The Facilities Maintenance Technician performs duties to keep the clinics in a sanitary, orderly, functional and attractive condition to optimize quality of patient care and team member work environment and to meet all regulatory guidelines.
These areas include building interior, exterior, parking lot and landscaped areas.
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is also responsible for regular maintenance, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs of all equipment located within our facilities.
The individual in this position will work cooperatively with Practitioners, Site Supervisors, and all staff members; supporting a team effort and promoting a positive staff presence at all worksites.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
5 years related work experience in building maintenance, or equivalent combination of education and training is considered.
A background in HVAC, building maintenance, and equipment maintenance is preferred Work and interact with departments throughout the organization Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written).
Strong organizational skills, exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities CDL Class A is preferred.
