Their duties include loading and unloading tools or raw materials, assembling scaffolding or other pieces of equipment and digging or filling in pits throughout the construction process.
Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions in electrical/mechanical/plumbing systems.
Resolving maintenance problems, complaints, and other work orders to prioritize and schedule work.
Working independently and with the team to get things done! Blue Shutter invests in old run down homes and apartment complexes and renovates them into single family homes, we currently have just under 100 properties we manage and several ongoing construction projects.
As a labor hand you would be working mostly in the construction side of things under a lead.
You may also be pulled onto the maintenance side of things to work on homes with tenants currently residing in the properties.
