Requirements Community Health Worker - State of Missouri Certification within 9 months of hire.
Experience gained through HS diploma.
Experience working in a community based setting/organization for 1-3 years.
Preferred Requirements Associates or Bachelor's Degree.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
