Full time, Days, Monday-Friday, Hybrid Remote About Us Flexible scheduling On the job training Gain exposure to new and advanced technology in the healthcare setting What You'll Do Assists with development of system and user documentation, policies, processes and procedures.
Applies change management principles during design and implementation of clinical systems and assists with workflow redesign.
Works with senior clinical analysts to employ project management skills and techniques to facilitate clinical process development and/or system implementation and updates including forming and facilitating work teams; developing project timelines; documenting team proceedings and decisions; tracking issues and resolutions; communicating project updates to governing bodies; and collecting and analyzing data to determine project success or effectiveness.
Ensure that Freeman's Project Methodology is followed appropriately.
Requirements License/Degree in Healthcare related field, 2 years clinical experience in healthcare related field, and general knowledge of computers OR 2 years experience in Clinic support role using Meditech, Centricity EMR, or other program that FHS currently supports.
If LPN, current Missouri Practical Nurse license or current Practical Nurse license from a compact state.
If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.
If RN, current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state.
If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.
