January 2022 Summary Responsible for meeting established sales quotas while developing and maintaining relationships with prospective customers and current customers by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Hit prospecting benchmarks for cold calls, telemarketing calls, direct mail and direct email.
Follow up on prospecting efforts.
Follow up with customer base to ensure customer satisfaction and look for additional opportunities, including scheduled account reviews.
Enter all sales activity into database.
Enter all lease and purchasing information into database when obtained during sales activities.
Update contact, vendor, lease, sales status and other customer information into database.
Maintain a daily plan and schedule follow up calls to assigned contacts.
Complete all sales order and lease paperwork.
Complete daily call logs.
Complete set up request paperwork to ensure adequate setup time.
Complete monthly forecast reports.
Attend required sales meetings, training meetings, and external training seminars.
Maintain knowledge of entire product line and services through use of vendor websites, product launch kits and other available tools.
Be prompt and on time to work and scheduled appointments/meetings.
Engage in customer account reviews.
Assist with, or prepare and update organization SOP's.
Other duties as assigned.

Education/
Experience:
Two to three years related sales experience along with a High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.

This position will consist of approximately 50% travel within a 50-mile radius.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
