AssuredPartners in Joplin, Missouri is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager that will help lead our Commercial Lines client service team in delivering insurance related transactions.
This is a hybrid role and could be based out of our Carthage or Joplin, MO office.
Summary:
As an Account Manager, you will manage of a book of assigned clients and partner with our sales team to drive exceptional client service delivery.
This role is client relationship driven and provides risk management function.

Responsibilities:
Designs insurance and risk management plans for clients as assigned and directed by Agency management.
Provides clients with full exposure analysis and reviews methods of handling risks.
Works with the producer to support new business accounts.
Leads accounts through the renewal process per department procedures.
Assists in the development of strong personal relationships with appropriate insurance carrier personnel.
Processes or oversees process of change-request/endorsements, binders, certificates, account summaries, proposals, policies, lost policy releases, audits, and account balance status as needed.
Handles prompt review of all premium audits recognizing that the Agency must process audits timely.
Process and follows up on all requests involving carriers or clients to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
Qualifications:
Active Property and Casualty License 3
years of experience independently managing commercial clients, preferably in a broker or agency setting.
Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Agency Management Software, preferably EPIC or Sagitta.
