Position Summary This position is a dynamic fusion of inside sales, customer service, and technical support.
It focuses on proactive account management to deliver outstanding customer experiences and maintain a positive team environment.
The ideal candidate will be energetic and self-motivated, handling a large volume of both inbound/outbound phone and email contact with existing and prospective customers.
Strong organization, computer, and phone skills are necessary.
Collaboration with different teams within the company is essential to maximize customer satisfaction through understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
The candidate should prioritize customer needs and remain committed to the voice of the customer.
ESSENTIAL JOB
Responsibilities:
Answer phone/email with excellence Build Strong Customer Relationships and resolve customer issues ensuring that when issues are beyond the representative's knowledge that management and/or the proper representatives are notified to ensure we support and hear the voice of the customer.
Support customers and outside sales with crossing numbers, researching products, compatibility, availability and provide pricing.
Build quotes, process orders at the sales counter and over the phone, create RGA's for customer warranty returns.
Account Management - keep customers informed of any delays, provide order reports, work with parts specialists and purchasing to locate parts to complete builds, update customers on accepted warranty, work with accounting to have credits issued.
Assist with simple technical assistance and be able to emphasize product features and benefits.
Cold-call prospects and generate leads.
Collaborate with outside sales representatives and Sales managers to determine necessary strategic sales approach.
Maintain a positive, team focused attitude.
Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, comments.
Ability to be a self-starter that can stay focused and on task.
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office business applications, as well as advanced computer skills (Oracle experience is a plus).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
