What You'll Do Responsible for answering main HR phone line.
Provides excellent customer service to staff, applicants, and visitors.
Completes daily tasks in accordance with department policies and procedures.
Provides clerical support for the department as needed.
Essential Functions 1.
Responsible for answering main phone line to HR timely and works to minimize customer wait time in the call queue.
2.
Assists in maintaining personnel files, health files, and other filing as assigned by supervisor or designee in accordance with departmental standards.
3.
Promotes a positive on-boarding experience for all new employees through ensuring a timely and accurate pre-employment visit to HR for new hire paperwork and testing.
Ensures documentation is correct and compliant with regulatory requirements such as I-9.
4.
Provides excellent customer service and accurate resource for information for employees, applicants, and visitors.
5.
Scan and verify accuracy of employee documentation in Laserfiche.
6.
Assists HR coordinators with special projects and assignments as needed.
7.
Promotes a team environment by cooperating with the different disciplines of the HR team to ensure the front desk staff meet the service, regulatory, and procedural needs of each area.
8.
Maintains a detailed, front desk work instruction book 9.
Performs accurate, daily data entry into Workday for badge number assignments and changes, address changes, etc The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.

Knowledge 1.
Knowledge of office equipment such as fax, copier, multi-line phone system, and credit card machine 2.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
