The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical and administrative duties, as well as knowledge of document management systems and contract law.
Duties:
- File legal documents with the court- Manage document management systems- Proofread legal documents- Transcribe dictation from attorneys- Provide administrative support to attorneys- Organize and maintain client files- Answer phones and greet clients with proper phone etiquette- Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts- Perform data entry tasks
Experience:
- 2
years of experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role- Knowledge of legal document management systems and procedures- Familiarity with contract law and legal terminology- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
