This position will support HSE management and transformation at the plant in Joplin, Missouri ensuring integration of Safety 2.
0 principles, processes, and metrics, and enabling operational learning within the manufacturing function.
As a part of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for managing critical S&E risks and ensuring effective controls for conditions with SIF or SEI potential.

You will act as a coach and advisor to the site, providing exceptional leadership and technical assistance in managing safety and environmental critical risks.
Enables operational learning through application of human performance principles, while assisting the site in maintaining compliance with local regulatory and Company S&E requirements.
This position could require travel of approximately 10%.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Engages differentially with the workforce to better understand and manage critical S&E risks.
Leads operational learning teams related to significant S&E incidents.
Implements controls that protect human safety and the environment.
Manage Environmental and Safety Management Systems and programs on site and develop plans to ensure compliance.
Ensures completion and submittal of all required Environmental (Air, Water, Wastewater, Waste) for the facility.
Leads compliance assurance efforts by facilitating frequent S&E self-assessments and tracks corrective action plans to completion.
Actively participates in change management such as relocation, modification, equipment safety assessments and decommissioning of any affected facility, equipment, or process.
Identifies and evaluates environmental risk arising from new chemicals, products, and manufacturing changes.
Provides support to the site to address regulatory inspections and complaints.
Monitors facility performance against S&E goals and objectives and communicates results to Central Safety Committee.
Reports company-required safety, environmental and sustainability metrics at required frequencies.
Collaborates with Site Learning and Development (L&D) and HSE Manager to develop content, training plans, deliver onboarding and documentation/tracking as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 3 years of operations and/or HSE leadership experience.
Experience working directly with operations team members in a manufacturing and/or R&D environment is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and written and oral communication skills; proficient in English and other regional languages.
Proficient in computer software applications and media technologies.
Experience in food and beverage manufacturing or related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONSInternational relocation or international remote working arrangements (outside of the US) will not be considered.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
