Insurance Sales Manager - $75k-$125k 1st year income
At Elite Services we are a fast growing organization in the supplemental insurance industry. We represent Family Heritage Life and are looking to expand in the Joplin, MO area. To help ensure the success of this growth we are in the process of finding the right individual to be our next territory manager.
Potential Candidate must have:
Proven track record in closing sales and building client relationships
Experience in Door to Door Sales preferred
Experience training and leading new representatives
Ability to adhere to a time tested sales system
Self-starter with desire for ownership
Must have health insurance license (or be willing to get it)
No Felonies
Compensation includes:
$75- $125k 1st year potential income
Up to $5k in monthly bonuses (based on performance)
Company provided training
2 year vested renewal 5 year fully vested renewals
Ability to earn company stock
