Industrial Engineer
Schaeffler, a global automotive and industrial suppler, is seeking an Industrial Engineer at our Joplin, MO facility. This position is responsible for estimating costs and defining manufacturing methods and processes.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Perform time studies, capacity analyses, and layout / product flow analyses
Establish consistent and accurate time standards
Participate in Launch Team Activities and Budget Projects
Create training programs for new employees
Implement special projects and facilitate Kaizen events
Qualified candidates will have:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant.
Experience in a Manufacturing Environment preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access and Word) and knowledgeable in simulation software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
