Performs sheeting functions by assisting with all tasks related to the daily operation of running the Sheeter.
Follow general safety and compliance with all workplace rules, policies, and procedures.
Assist in the make-ready of Sheeter equipment and review the sheeting information in Shop Floor.
Assist with entering the appropriate Job information to the Sheeter Attribute Sheet.
Measure the roll width and verification of the caliper to the Sheeting specifications.
Assist in correctly setting up Jobs according to the Shop floor sheeting specifications.
Assist in setting up delivery, ensuring the machine is clean and performing quality checks during production.
Complete work order forms and maintenance manuals.
Assist in the daily maintenance on the Sheeter.
What you need to succeed:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing.
Working knowledge of Windows based software.
Good mechanical aptitude.
Accurate record keeping and ability to work well with minimum supervision.
Ability to obtain pallet jack certification.
Ability to obtain forklift certificationCapacity to understand the sheeting process in its entirety What we offer:
